I was thinking of making some Apps that included within them aspects of Apple development, but as some aspects of Apple development are confidential, to protect Apple's interests I would need to limit its reach only to iTunes members who have a linked developer account (or otherwise only allow download by people who have agreed to the Apple Confidentiality Agreement). Any way to place that restriction now or in the near future?
