What is the best setup to assign limited bandwidth to certain WiFi devices (via MAC Address or IP)? I've got an Airport Extreme, but there's nothing I can do with that to limit bandwidth.

Reason is I want to have a fair internet connection shared among everyone who uses the WiFi in my apartment. I download excessively at times, as do others. However, if someone downloads, it brings the other's internet to a crawl at times.

It seems the best way is to divide the bandwidth up equally, so if someone downloads, the others aren't affected. Is there such a router that can do this? Or is this more of a mini-server setup?

Done more Googling, and it is a router with QoS (quality of service) features that I'm after. Bit gutting that Apple doesn't offer this on their routers.

Anyhow, apparently most EDIMAX routers support QoS. Looking at this one:

Anyone used EDIMAX routers before?
