Limit real estate search for properties with MIL units?

Does anyone know of a real estate search tool like Redfin or Zillow, but with the capability to filter search results to just properties with two units together? For example properties with duplexes, converted split levels, or a house with a small guest/MIL house. There are lots of filters for size, price, garage or not, etc. But I cannot find a tool that has a filter for two living spaces on the same property.

My mother's health is in decline and I'd like to live together with her to take care of her, but with a separate living space so that she can maintain some independence and so that we both can have some measure of private lives.

I know that this is literally part of a real estate agent's job, but right now I just want to look around on my own and get a feel for things. Nothing will happen for a couple of years and I don't want to engage a real estate agent yet.

Trulia has a custom keyword search box somewhere. Try using the words "guest" and see if that helps. There is no one universal word used on listings, so you'll have to try a few or more and comb through listings. Additionally, on Trulia you can search by county, and not be limited to city or neighborhoods like other sites.
