iPad Limit the access code

Hello,
I have a shop and has an iPad in the wall, and every week about a customer writes passcode lock the iPad and I have to do it restore to reopen it. Is there a way to limit the access code?
If this is important, my iPad jailbreak iPad 4.

All you really need to do is lock the Settings app with one of the many app locking apps on Cydia.
