Limit upload bandwidth

Hi!

I'm using the file transfer service YouSendIt on a regular basis and I noticed that during the transfer, the whole connection is affected and slows down considerably.

After doing some research, it looks like I may need a utility which caps my upload speed. Are there any applications for OSX that you guys would recommend? I would need to be able to turn the cap on/off as needed ideally.
