Limited edition challenge badges- Missing

I upgraded from a S4 to a S7 on launch day. I just now noticed all of my limited edition challenge badges are missing?? How is this possible if I restored from a full back up and all of my other badges showed up? Any tips or tricks to try and get them back, or am I screwed?

edit:

Good news is I checked my badges on my watch and they are there. So must be a synching issue with my phone.
