Line Graph problem in Pages

Hi,

Long time reader, first time poster.

I am trying to create a line graph in pages that has irregular date intervals. I.e., dates go January 1, January 5, January 20, etc. How do I do this? Is there an option I'm not seeing that allows me to use dates as values? Does this option exist for scatter graphs? I've looked all over Pages and am not finding it…
