Line in Recording

Here is what i want to do. Sirius Sat radio is having Jack Johnson on and they guy i work with wants to record it.

I have the Sat receiver that has a 1/8" stereo output.
15" PB w/ iLife 05.

And i work at RadioShack so i can get pretty much any wire dirt cheap. I have experiance using ProTools and Peak.

Ideas?

1/8" to 1/8" stereo cable and Peak would be the ticket... your Powerbook should have a line in minijack. GarageBand would probably also do.

Just try it ahead of time, not on "the day". Make sure you plug the machine in and set it to Never Sleep. Dissconnect from the net and turn off Airport and leave other applications closed.
