Bought a new iPhone 8S Plus. Previously had an iPhone 6S Plus. I did a backup on my MacBook laptop via iTunes and also did a backup via iCloud. When I did the restore on my iPhone I found that only the chat messages were transferred over while the audio messages and pictures vanished. When I went back to try things over again I found after that my older device now had the audio and images missing from Line messenger as well.
Any way to go back in the computer to perhaps a previous backup and just transfer a file over to some how try and get back those missing audio messages and images that are now missing. Account and text messages did transfer over but what is now missing is the audio messages and picture images.
