Line out does not mute when headphone is connected

Anyone else have this issue? I'm using Windows 7.

I even tried the latest Realtek HD drivers from their site, same thing. The application detects the headphone in the front of the Mac Pro, but the line out simultaneously plays back audio along with the headphone connected in the front of the computer.

Using a Late 2008 Mac Pro 3.2Ghz, 16GB RAM.
