Lines moving with fast images

Everytime when i watch some fast moving images (movies or just moving iPhoto around) i see somekind of a line moving from the bottom to the upper part of the screen. It happens with both graphic cards only difference that with the 9600 the line moves faster!

This is really disturbing! Anyone knows what this is?:confused:
