In lingon i notice some services i dnt need to run (SSH, FTP, Telnet, SMBD, TFTP, etc). I was wondering if i disable these will i end up breaking something in OS X? Or make some type of security hole to let haxors in? Thats basically all im wondering... thanks!

Its best to leave them and everything else found in Lingon alone. They are disabled by default and are only enabled if you turn them on in the Sharing pref pane.

Yes they could open security holes but the place to manage them is the sharing pref pane.

I agree. Use the sharing pref pane to manage this stuff. If you like managing this sort of thing by editing config files you can always run Linux.
