Yep, I hadn't seen this. I hope this isn't a situation where they're just trying to sell through existing stock. Seems likely that's what they're doing. Space Black 38mm is not available to buy, though it is listed.

Thank you for this. I thought they were gone too but just picked up one just in case before they run out. I’ll try it on the watch when it arrives to see if I like it better. I had the stainless steel link bracelet on the Series 1 when they came out but will be getting a black stainless one this time. Hoping I’ll like it.

Ordered the black SS link bracelet. Wanted it for so long (since 2015 tbh). And at £404 with blue light discount as the price came down! Coming tomorrow, will go well with my S3 SS, can’t wait!!

With 3 years of data Apple has a better sense of what sells and what doesn’t. Ceramic apparently didn’t (I think limiting it to the sport band hurt). Hermès does and is now officially the only “luxury” option. That’s also the model I get. Apparently the link bands did not.

Fitness aside, the Watch is still partially a fashion item, and fashion is fickle. I wouldn’t be surprised to see bands come and go, and sometimes come back. The Modern buckle was gone for a few months but now is back. Rose gold aluminum is gone, but now gold stainless steel is here. Hermès has had quite a few limited editions.

I have a series 2 ceramic. I would have LOVED a ceramic link band...and a black ceramic. I bought a space black series 0 when they first came out, now I’m going back to SBSS for series 4, kept the link bracelet. Probably would have sprung for a series 4 ceramic, but alas.
