So i have MY Galaxy Note 2 set to upload any picture i take to Dropbox, which are then auto-downloaded on my mac in a drop box folder.

Any way i can have them automatically added to iPhoto?

I don't use iPhoto but instead Aperture. With Aperture there's a option to import a folder as project- I simply import the Dropbox folder and use the "leave at current location" option which means every time the folder is updated, uploaded photos will show up in Aperture.

I wish iphoto could do that. Thanks for the tip, i'll look into it. I have aperature but never used it.

Hi, I have a huge iPhoto library, years of travel and family pictures so to be safe I have my iPhoto library inside of my Dropbox folder. So, if you import your photos in iPhoto, they will still be in dropbox, don't know if this is useful for your use but I hope it helps.
