Currently, that's what Network Utility is showing me. It was at 300 Mb earlier today. Any idea why it changed?

Are you still using the 5GHz mode? 802.11n has a link speed of 300Mbps at 5GHz, and has a link speed of 130Mbps at 2.4GHz.

this would be because u are using both 802.11n AND 802.11g. if you only need 802.11n (and you have no other older 802/11g wireless computers) u can just turn on the 802.11n capabilities of the router and have about 300mbps

On the Airport Extreme, you can be in 802.11n only mode and still have a 130Mbps link if you're still in 2.4GHz mode. For 300Mbps link, you must be in 5GHz mode.
