Links in Safari (Not Always Working)

I received my 6s+ on launch day and have noticed that taping a link in Safari does not always work. I frequently have to tap it 2-3 times before it will finally open. I did not experience this behavior on my iPhone 5 using iOS 8.

I'm not sure if this is something related to iOS 9 or the 6s+. Anyone else noticing this?
