Links to files in my iDisk

Hey, I've had iDisk for about a month now, and i'm wondering, is there a way to put a picture in my Public folder, and link someone straight to it.

Also, can i link them to a picture and it shows without them downloading it, like if you give someone a link ending in .jpg etc
