Linksys 400N VS EnGenius Simultanious Dual Band

I'm Looking at a new router My current Router is acting strange as its 3 years old etc before people point out i should get a Air port Extreme its a lil out of my range price for now I will invest down the line but

I was looking at the Lynksys 400

The Engenius Simultaneous dual Band

I'D go for the Engenius even with the almost 4 star rating but 3 reviews im still kinda iffy on a no name but other Reviews i have read online various blogs gave the Engenius a great review to.

I'm also curious to as to Qos I Know Qos is tied into More like Vonage and Skype etc or does that also count as having Phone Serverice through through the Cable company or does the Cable Company run something different
