I have not found a thread that talks directly about this if I am wrong please send me to that thread.

My Problem:
I had been using a Linksys router with my mixed (Win and Mac) LAN. Inorder for the macs to run effeciently on the internet I gave them static IP Addresses. This all worked fine. I ahve some laptops that I wanted to be wireless so I swithced routers to a Linksys WRT54g a wireless router. Now when I went to give the Macs a static IP I can not get a internet connection with a web browser or outlook express.

However and this is the wierd part for me. I can host a ftp server and a web server on my mac machine. It is using OS9.1 by the way. I maped the ports and they seem to work just fine. I just can access the interenet with the browser or e-mail program Or a VPN (filemaker) wont network.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

Please help.
