linux on mac need help

my setup whitebook 2.2 1gb ram

ok have 3 partitions on hard drive one is mac, two is linux, three is windows

well got linux installed on its partition but when you try and boot in to it black screen and at the top of it. it says no bootable device found. please help what do i need to do i have refit already installed. so what do i need to do. thank you for your help
