I want to play around with Ubuntu and see what it has to offer. Ideally i would like to install it in Parallels to begin with to get a feel of it. My first question is 1.)does Parallels support the graphics options of Compiz and Beryll or is this a no go?

If down the line i find i like it and want to spend more time playing around with it and a unlease the full power i may look into installing it over/with my windows bootcamp partition, i.e Triple boot or if that is not an option erasing windows and just dual booting Ubuntu and OS X.
2.)Is it possible to install Ubuntu as the second operating system (instead of windows) or triple boot (along side windows).

3.)Is there any advantage with Ubuntu to getting it native (assuming the compiz and beryll work in parallels)

For any of the above a guide with noob instructions would be very much appreciated.

As well as just general noob Ubuntu/linux guides would be good.

Thanks,

Rich
