This isn't a windows or even a strictly bootcamp question, but I thought someone might know anyway. I'm running a couple of virtual machines with Linux distros. I know Beryl/Compiz doesn't work via vmware. I played around with another distro the other day and booted it directly from the live CD. Beryl didn't work either. I thought the problem was with the 3D something or other in Fusion, shouldn't it work from the live CD? I'm wondering whether a bootcamp install would even be worth it? Anyone got it to work?
