When I go to Software Update the Mac OSX Lion 10.7.3 update comes up but it is only the combo update version. That version is almost 1.5GB. I have 10.7.2 so is there a way to only get 10.7.3 so that the update is smaller? Or does it matter? I don't want to add 1.5GB to my hard drive if there is no point.

No the combo was added to software update due to a flaw with the normal delta update. Your ok here.

I always go with the combo update anyways - I've felt that its safer to have the complete update not the deltas.
