Lion 10.7 with iTunes 10.4 problem

Hello All

I am new here and i am trying to find some answers to a problem i have with iTunes 10.4 on Lion 10.7.

In itunes i can'r see anymore the artworks in the album folder ? I can see them in iTunes window artwork but if i click shift option R it will bring me to the folder where all the track are but in this folder the mp3 are with out a cover,

Anyone can help please ?
