Okay, so here's the skinny. Upgraded from SL to Lion. All is well, accept access to my files on a Windows 2008 AD Share. I can access the files from Windows machines, so it's not a permissions issue on the folders. I can access the folder they're in from Lion, and can see them. However, when I go to open them, I'm told the file is either Read Only, Inaccessible, or the Server is unavailable.

Any clues? I checked Apple Support, and didn't see anything. I also searched MR, and didn't see anything.

UPDATE: Found the problem! It wasn't AD, or anything else. It was Office 2011, and the new Autosave Feature. Office doesn't see the file as LOCKED, only UNAVAILABLE. Just an FYI for anyone else running into this issue.
