Lion and Flash

Hi.

It is normal that after a clean install from USB, you have to install Flash Player manually?

It is no included on Lion, it isn't?

Yeah, it's normal. I don't recall Flash ever having been included with OS X.

Flash and Java have traditionally been bundled with OS X up through Snow Leopard. However, with Lion, Apple has decided to no longer bundle these plugins. Primarily because of security issues with shipping third party code that may be outdated by the time it reaches the customer.
