Lion and SSD upgrade Macbook Pro 2010

I am thinking of getting an OWC mercury extreme pro 3g for my 2010 MacBook Pro.

Now that Lion has a recovery partition as well, how do you move that over to the new SSD as well as your Mac HD - i.e. 2 partitions...

What I was thinking was to install from a Lion CD that I have made and then restore from a time machine??

Thoughts anyone?
