Lion Applications

So I recently found Grapher a graphing/calculator app located in utilities folder of Lion, along with some other useful apps like activity monitor.... My ? is is their any other "hidden" apps or goodies that maybe I haven't found yet outside of the applications, and utilities folder??????

Nope, that's it ... all apps will be in those folders.
