I erased my hard drive and reinstalled Snow Leopard. Then upgraded to Lion.
Now I want to install windows through bootcamp to run 3ds Max.

The problem is, Lion bootcamp 4.0 supports only Windows 7.
What I have is Windows Vista and an upgrade to Windows 7.

How am I going to do it?

(I did a little research, however the workarounds I found were kind of pirate and I don't want any problems with software, because it is a company laptop.)

I would appreciate any help.Cheers :)

1.You Could have setup your bootcamp by installing Vista in the SL install using bootcamp 3.0, then upgraded to Lion and bootcamp 4.0.
2. Forget about bootcamp and Virtualize, if you don't require the optimal speed.
3. You could also go buy full version windows 7.

vista/lion/boot camp no problem.

Although it states "Lion Boot Camp will only work with Win 7," it will install Vista as well.

After the Vista Installation via boot camp, I just used my Snow Leopard Dvd to install all the drivers via Boot Camp's Windows Driver Setup, this is the Mac OS X Dvd that my 2010 mac mini came with.
