Lion clean install users input?

New MBP 13” I7…had SL for 24h updated to lion overall SL was much faster does clean install lion will make it faster? Thx

Probably not. Unless you have a lot of stuff on your computer, but if you only had SL for 24hrs, I doubt you had too much.
