I recently installed OS X Lion into my MacBook and when I tried to excess my external HD it came up with following error:

NTFS-3G

NTFS-3G could not mount /dev/disk1s1 at /Volumes/Free Agent because the following problem occurred:

/Library/filesystems/fusefs.fs/Support/fusefs.kext failed to load-(libkern/kext) link error; check the system/kernek logs for errors or try kextutil(8). The MacFUSE file system is not available(71)

I would really be grateful if someone could help me out here. Thanks

It would be wise to format it as Mac OS extended (Journaled) if you are only going to use it with your Mac.
