Here is the problem... I bought a MacBook Pro week before last (not the problem :D) Since I bought it within a certain time frame I get a free Lion upgrade. Now I go to do the redemption process and start downloading. I get up this morning and it didn't download. Told me there was an error downloading. So I go to try and do it again and now it tells me the redemption code has been used and can't be used again. I understand why it can't be "used again", however I didn't get my download.

Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? I'm not even sure who to call about it.

By the way I am a new Apple user, so I am learning... ;)

The logical thing to do would be to call Apple, or am I being too practical here?

Since you redeemed the code, does it not show up in your purchases list? Apps that I've redeemed via promo code are listed there. Try that before calling Apple.

^ Yep. It should be in your App Store listed under "Purchases". Just go there and re-download it. If that fails then you need to contact Apple.
