Lion Included with B&H purchase?

If you buy a Macbook Pro from B&H or a site like them do you get the free upgrade to Lion? I noticed that after sales tax is included, the student discount through Apple for me will be more than if I buy it from B&H but I don't want to do that and have to pay $30 for Lion. There's also the $100 App Store gift card through Apple that I have to think about but I don't want any apps in there right now and I buy vinyl so I don't need anything from iTunes. Can anyone confirm if you can or can't upgrade to Lion if you buy from B&H?

If that's an authorised reseller then it's a free upgrade.

I just concluded a correspondence with a customer who purchased this. He had no trouble downloading and installing Lion.
