Hi,

While setting up my new MBA (i5), Lion set up wouldn't move ahead till I set up a password. I did that. Then after installation / set up I went to system preferences, accounts and changed it to blank as there were too many updates to install.

I then synced my new MBA to mobile me sync (which already had a backup of keychain from previous MBA). :)

Problem started - when I booted next morning, when switched on the machine, it asked me for a password to log into the machine, I put the latest (blank) and it says error, I put the password I used to set up the machine it says error, I used the password I know was on the sycned keychain from my old MBA, it says wrong. this was - :cool:The computer says," no" - Little Britain" moment ! :D

Finally I logged in with my apple ID (offered as recovery option at log in screen)..... hoping the problem went away cos it set up a new key chain. When I rebooted, the same problem again..... :(

How could I resolve this ? so that I reset everything on the MBA to new key chain, and then simply sync the mobileme keychain again and automatically have all the passwords back from my old MBA). Steps to do that would be nice.

Thanks
