Lion losing passwords for webpages/ being asked when apps need incoming connection

sorry long title.

ive looked all over for this. it seems to have occured when i was setting up my appletv with boxee. basically i use rockmelt as my browser and im losing flash every now and then so need to restart rockmelt. then it asks me for my facebook password again even tho its saved.

also vuze and iteleport keep asking for permission to accept incoming signals even though it says its ok in firewall settings.

ideas anyone?
