After upgrading to Lion, I have noticed one annoying thing and I am wondering if there is a solution.

When I start up my computer, not from sleep or a restart but a cold start, it asks me to log in, even though in Users I have set it to automatically log me in. After I enter my username and password, it does not load my library correctly. All my custom fonts are gone as are my bookmarks in Safari. Time Machine tries to reindex my entire HDD. It does not connect to my network, and I even notice some video performance issues (the animation in the Dock is choppy and slow).

The only way I have found to solve this is to then do a warm restart. After that everything runs fine.

Anyone know what might cause this?

Thanks in advance!

P.S. only notice this on my iMac at work, my Macbook Pro and Mac mini at home don't seem to have an issue.
