Lion opens last used items even if trashed

When I click on a PDF from the Download folder, a lot of other PDF's open at the same time, even the ones from the trash folder. And I can open a trashed item by clicking on it on the last used documents menu.



Is this another Lion bug, or is it supposed to happen? I did a clean installation of Lion!

I´m pretty sure it's a bug - either that or we have both unknowingly replicated the same user error.

It's been happening to me as well for .txt files in text edit and .pdfs. It will even open the text edit program and the last document used if I am opening up a .pdf file in Acrobat.

It's not a bug, it's a Feature!

I know it's part of resume, but I doubt it's suppose to include things from the trash.

If you close that window, before closing Preview/Text edit, it won't open them again. Or empty your trash.
