Lion or Find My Mac added guest account?

I finally got Find My Mac working while I was at the library yesterday then I shut down my MBP then next day I boot MBP and noticed there are two accounts…my own account and guest account…I assumed Find My Mac added guest account right? If not I can't find to delete guest account from system preference.

So that if you mac is stolen, the thief will turn it on, see the guest account and use it, thus connecting the mac to the web and making it findable via Find My Mac.

Is there a way to keep the guest account but still go directly from start up to my primary account, but still require password verification?
