Hi forums
I am new to this whole thing, but it's come down to this and I can't find answers anywhere.
There are a few issues plaguing my Mac, which I purchased last fall and is quickly descending in usability.
1) As of a week ago, my laptop has been doing that "jump" thing. Basically while I am using my laptop for anything, it'll switch screens, zoom in, all kinds of ridiculous things that make it super frustrating to use. This will happen EVEN WHEN I am not at the computer. I can stand five feet away and watch the screens just autonomously jump every which direction, switching back and forth.
2) A few weeks before the jumping screen I noticed that my laptop was becoming unresponsive quite frequently. I now have to force quit programs multiple times a day. I browse the internet with NO other programs running and the entire laptop will lock up.
I don't have much installed in this laptop... and I thought Macs are supposed to be virus-free, so any help is appreciated!
Thanks everyone.
