I have some quick questions about Lion Server.......

1.) Will Lion Server almost be the same as Mac Osx Lion, with the difference being that Lion Server focuses on more of a server side of things. Is it like Mac OsX Lion in the sense of being able to install applications on a computer, applications say like Garageband, iPhoto, or even Logic Studio that you would run in Mac Osx Lion?

2.) And if so do you think it would be wise to run these kind of applications in Lion Server? Or do you think there would be a lot of issues?

Mac OS X Lion Server will be an installable option. The only thing different with the Server OS and the Client (Mac OS X Lion) will be that the server has more Apps for managing multiple computers. Any program that runs on Client will run on Server, no problem.
