A couple of months ago I upgraded from SL to Lion. And have since experienced two issues with my bluetooth peripherals;

1) Bluetooth keyboard never pairs by itself. I always have to press the power button, which is rather annoying.

2) Both the keyboard, trackpad and old Magic Mouse doesn't show up with their 'names' in the list of bluetooth devices, but rather with their Mac adresses, which doesn't give a clue to which is which. And I can't inspect the different battery levels from the bluetooth icon in the taskbar, which I could in SL.

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

Hm, setting all three devices as 'Favorite' in the bluetooth preferences seems to have helped with the pairing issue. I can also do 'Update Services' from the same preferences menu, and the devices are named nicely. This does not however make it's way to the bluetooth status dropdown menu on the taskbar. Nor does the naming persist when the machine is restarted.
