Lion Versus Mountain Lion??

I was thinking of buying a new mini. What I don't see are a lot of threads on the difference.

What has improved in mountain lion over regular lion?? Is there a lot of new features or is it just bug fixes and such??

I'd upgrade to Mountain Lion. It has notifications, airplay steaming and so much more. I'd recommend it over Lion, Lion was more like a step, and Mountain Lion is what lion should've had at start.

Mountain Lion seems much better than lion, well worth it.
