All along I've been saying that Lion would eventually be offered on some sort of physical medium, most likely a USB stick similar to the MBAs. About 90% of the people replying disagreed and said that Apple would never do this.
Macworld reports in their review of Lion that Apple will indeed be offering Lion for $69 on a USB stick.
