Lion with 2GB's of ram Question

will lion run good on a 09 macbook pro with only 2 gigs of ram? I plan on ordering 4gb, but it'll take a week to ship here. Should I wait until I get it to install lion?
Also does anyone know the cheapest place to buy more ram? I found 4gigs for $40 off crucial. I just wondered if anyone no's somewhere cheaper to buy it. thanks

I would definitely upgrade... I have 4GB of RAM and a 7200rpm hard drive and it still doesn't feel that snappy ™ on my computer.

i just put 8 gigs in my 09 mbp pro and it flies with lion now. i definitely recommend upgrading.
