Lion won't work with my external drive

I've tried anything I can find online, all failed, I tried the paragon 9.0.1(they said they support lion, but not working) I tried the NTFS 3G, I tried to delete the ufsd.fs, but I don't have this file. I tried to use the termenal and type in sudo mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/disk1s1 /Volumes/usb1 but all i got was an error tells me that resource busy. Help!!!!!!!!!!! I got important files in my external drive, it worked fine in SL, I can not reformat it!
