Liquid Damage iPhone?

Hi

Sorry if this is a n00b question. however, how do you know if your iphone 5 has got liquid damage. I think but not 100% sure a droplet or splash of water went into the bottom part of my iphone where the charger is inserted or where the headphone goes in or speaker grill. I do not know for sure though. Its working fine as normal though. Can anyone advise?

Generally water damage means impaired functionality. Don't obsess over it and enjoy.

Not necessarily, but one thing he might be concerned with is receiving future Apple warranty.

Here's a handy Apple website on where the liquid contact indicators are located. For the iPhone 5, it's located in the sim card tray area.
