Title says it all. All listed here work in Lion.
1. Holding down the option key while resizing a window (in 10.7) resizes left and right towards the center, or top and bottom towards the center (holding down shift as well resizes entire window towards the middle).
2. In Mission Control, pressing the spacebar key while your cursor is over a window enlarges the window to full size and brings it to the front (also works for windows that are behind others - overlapping).
3. Pressing the option key keyboard arrow to the right in a text editor (or any text input box) jumps to the end of the next word.
