Anyone gotten one of these iPad cases from Targus? Saw it at Best Buy. Looked okay but didn't think it was $60 ok.

As the iPad2 is my first iPad :D been wanting to get a kick ass leather case for mine (despite the fact that I don't even have it yet)

I love Sena Ultraslim leather sleeve. I have one for the iPad 1. Super high quality leather (much better than those leathers used on Smart Cover), fits nicely and keeps the iPad slim. It is not padded though, so it offers minimal protection, but it's good enough for keeping your iPad from scratches.

That FrappeDesign case looks solid. Might have to look into that one and then just using a Feather case on the iPad 2 itself.

I picked up on this. Looked at it at $60 and said pass. Then i went into Best Buy for something and saw it marked down to $30. Figured it must be a mistake but it rung up as $30. If there two I would have bought two. It's really a great leather case!

Cool. Yeah for $60 it's a no go for me but for $30, I'll bite.

Cool, somebody caught onto my List/Gallery of leather cases idea :D. In my original iPhone 4 leather case list/gallery thread, I updated the first post with a list of a ton of leather cases, then left it completely up to the community after a few dozen.

Of course, there is Vaja, which is considered best of the best:

That's the Vaja Agenda case for iPad 1. They haven't announced their iPad 2 cases yet.

Very interested in the Vaja iPad 2 cases.

When will they be released?

When will they be released?

All they have said so far is that they are working on them. Right after the ipad 2 announcement they put up a place on their website for people to write suggestions of what they'd like to see in an ipad 2 case. I told them I don't want to pay $280 + $20 shipping this time but doubt they'll take my request:)

I picked this sleeve up last year for my first iPad. It is a fantastic sleeve - durable and attractive, and it has protected my iPad well on the couple of occasions where it took a tumble.

And it fits the iPad 2 very well...perfectly with a smart cover on it. I'm happy that I can still use this case with the new one - nice return on investment.

I'm assuming they are going to offer the Agenda case for iPad 2, too since that is their image for the upcoming iPad 2 case collection.

+1 for FrappeDesign !
Actually it suits to iPad user who wants to bring all stuffs in one case.

I’m now waiting for new iPad 2 with Smart cover to arrive and wondering that it should be able to fit both as they said.

Will provide a short review when I got it!

Well until they release a magnetic cover, there's no point in paying their inordinate asking prices for an old school case.

You're paying for the leather quality and design. Personally I don't see a ton of value in the magnets. So, it saves you five seconds every time you unlock your iPad, not a big deal. I hope we do see other uses for the magnets though, especially to aid stands and special cases.

+1 for this case. It was marked $29.99 at my BB. The smart cover and this case work well together.
