iPhone 12 mini List items in settings app big all of a sudden?

I don't know how I did this. I must have pressed a setting somewhere but now all list items in my settings app is a few pixels larger than it used to be. My display zoom is on standard and my font size is right in the middle. Left is the day I got my phone, right is a screenshot I took today.

Nope, I have everything off. Not sure what is causing it but it is insanely frustrating.

Just reset all settings it didn’t help at all, guess I’m going to have to restore.

Before you do, try going back to that accessibility setting, turn it on, check to see if the slider is off...move it around and see if the menu size goes back to the original size and then disable it. Might be worth trying before you restore

So I restored my phone restored my backup and the problem came back. Guess i'm screwed now and I have to start fresh again. If reset all settings doesn't fix it I guess nothing will.
