I'd guess that everything that runs on Mountain Lion will run on Mavericks. But just in case, www.roaringapps.com will probably be updated for Mavericks soon.

No I contacted the devs directly and they gave direct link

It seems that the latest Alpha Versions of MagicPrefs works perfectly with 10.9.

It's a shame BEtterTouchTool hasn't followed on and done the same thing...
